Tucked away in a lovely little side street in Greenwich, this London townhouse is beautiful and elegant, and so unassuming from the exterior! When the homeowners purchased the property in 2016, it was divided into three separate flats and in desperate need of some TLC! Two years on, stepping through the immaculately painted charcoal front door was an absolute pleasure, and it is certainly one of those houses that make you say 'WOW!'

When Mr Reese, an Estate Agent in Sevenoaks Kent, visited a property in Underriver last year on a valuation appointment, he took an instant like to the house, despite its dated decor and needed maintenance works. Within 6 weeks, Mr & Mrs Reese had purchased the house, and began a 12 month renovation project with their two small children in tow...

As well as beautiful handmade  kitchens ,  bathrooms  and  bedroom furniture , we also design, create and install freestanding pieces of  furniture  for elsewhere in the home, and we were delighted when the owners of this beautiful property in the Kent countryside, commissioned us for their living room  furniture .

Handmade in our  Kent workshop  using Tulipwood and oak, and handpainted in Mylands 'Bond Street' with beautiful Silestone Quartz worksurfaces in 'Classic White', our Hoyden kitchen cabinetry is classic and timeless, and was the perfect choice for this galley kitchen.

Originally a room for just cooking in, the kitchen has come a far cry from its initial purpose, and is now designed with so much more in mind. Depending on the size of the room and the available space, you may wish to combine your cooking area with your dining and living zones, or you may wish to separate each room entirely.

Your bedroom is your private oasis to relax and unwind, and should be designed to be a serene, clutter free space. Burlanes were commissioned to design and create bespoke bedroom furniture and storage solutions for the homeowners of this family home in Sevenoaks, Kent.

The homeowners of this beautiful 18th century listed building engaged Burlanes to bring comfort, practicality and style to their kitchen and dining area, after we completed a project on their home office around 4 years ago. Working on the original stone floor of the property, our Wellsdown cabinetry, handpainted in Mylands 'Artillery Ground', emphasises the rustic country feel of the home, and flows seamlessly with the striking ceiling beams.

With a busy work schedule and two small children, the homeowners of this recently refurbished family home in Sevenoaks, Kent, commissioned Burlanes to design and create an open plan, organised home office space, that is productive, practical and good looking. Burlanes were also commissioned to create a storage solution for the family's coats, shoes and bags in the entrance hallway.
