A very popular design element to most new kitchens, a kitchen island is a very desirable feature creating additional worktop space, storage and seating. An island is also a great way of making use of redundant space in a large room, or increasing the functionality of a smaller kitchen. 

The kitchen island is probably something we get asked about most, so we have rounded up some of our most frequently asked questions.

Also known as the utility room, the humble laundry room is growing in popularity, and often go hand-in-hand with a kitchen renovation. Are you considering a laundry room in your home? The brief for this master bedroom in this family home in the Essex countryside was to create a peaceful haven; a room to relax and rest well in, that was un-cluttered and hotel like.

No two homes are the same, and no two kitchens should be either. The owners purchased the beautiful townhouse a little over 18 months ago and have undertaken a huge renovation project, including a side return kitchen extension to the rear of the property.
