29th June marks the fifth anniversary of the opening of our second design studio on Springfield Road in Chelmsford, Essex, and what a fantastic five years it has been!! Burlanes has come a long way since its humble beginnings in an old apple packing shed in East Farleigh, and we now have two beautiful furniture design studios, and our own furniture workshop in Historic Rochester, Kent. 

Why are bedrooms the last room for us to invest in? The bedroom is the linchpin in our homes, a place of retreat and a key organisational zone.

Kids, dogs, sports kits and a busy summer of outdoor activities all add to the burden of dirt coming into your home, but how can you manage the mess without stress? The bootility is a concept growing in popularity as families make the most of their space and create a room designed for family life.
