A Sevenoaks House Renovation by Burlanes Interiors
When a client visited our Sevenoaks Design Studio to enquire about a new kitchen little did we know that six months later we would have transformed her entire Sevenoaks home from a rather muddled house into a beautiful, functional family living space.
The Kitchen:
A kitchen renovation can be a huge task. With diligent planning and sound advice from a kitchen designer you will be ensured many years of satisfaction. In this kitchen the fridge was swapped for a wine cooler perfectly positioned close to the dining room.
The fridge was moved and hidden away in a signature Burlanes handmade larder cupboard. The sink was also moved from the corridor to in front of the window and the worktop rounded to avoid any nasty knocks when entering from the back door!
Our head designer took the client to visit all our suppliers to view and choose everything they needed for their dream home. We have samples of these natural stone tiles from Ca'Pietra in our Sevenoaks Design Studio.

In the dining room we stripped back the room and installed brand new electrics, plastered and put up the panelling and lighting chosen by the client from Burlanes suppliers.

Custom built, handmade bedroom furniture to perfectly fit the available space and provide as much storage as possible.
Children's Playroom:
A space for the children to watch TV and play games that can easily be tided away and stored at the end of the day. Cupboard space can be used for clothes storage when the toys are no longer used.

If you’ve bought a new house or your home needs a makeover you may start with a new kitchen or bathroom. However, this could mean you also need new radiators, flooring, additional storage and maybe a boot room would be a useful addition too?
