Our kitchens have come along way since our humble beginnings in an apple packing shed in West Farley; we have fine tuned our processes and invested in new technology, but our ethos has always stayed the same. We design, handmake and install beautiful truly bespoke kitchens, bedrooms and interiors of the highest quality.

Inspiration & Ideas
The journey to your truly bespoke Burlanes kitchen starts with a visit to one of our design studios, where a warm, friendly welcome awaits you. Both Burlanes Sevenoaks and Burlanes Chelmsford are designed to make you feel welcome and at home, to experience first hand what it is like to own beautiful, handcrafted furniture, see for yourself the quality and craftsmanship of what we do, and to discuss your project in detail with our design team.
Your Burlanes designer will offer lots of design advice and ideas, and our extensive library of completed projects will be on hand for inspiration and real examples of truly bespoke kitchens.

Your Dedicated Designer
You will have your very own dedicated kitchen design consultant throughout your project with Burlanes, offering a totally bespoke and personal service from start to finish. Your personal design consultant will be on hand at all times to update you on the progress of your kitchen, from the initial design process and decision making, through the manufacturing process in our furniture workshop, to installation on site; we pride ourselves on the impeccable customer service that we provide.

Your Design Consultation
Usually around 2 hours in total, your initial consultation with our team will be an indepth chat discussing all your likes, dislikes and must-haves, as well as testing appliances on display at our design studios, getting a feel for the 4 unique kitchen design styles we offer, and chatting all things colour, finishes, fixtures and fittings. A home visit will be arranged to measure up the space exactly, for technical CAD drawings to be produced, outlining your design exactly. We take care of the finer things that are often overlooked in kitchen design, such as placement of handles, height of drawers, and larder internals.

Your Burlanes Kitchen Journey
On approval of your designs and sign-off of your drawings, the manufacture process begins at our workshop in Historic Rochester, Kent. You will be kept updated throughout your project by your Burlanes designer and our Project Manager, to ensure a seamless transition to installation, and completion of your project.

The journey to your dream kitchen is much easier than you think.
