As the Platinum Jubilee approaches, we are delighted to celebrate all that is great in Britain. From our Royal Family to the quintessential afternoon tea, to quality British workmanship, there are many British things to be proud of. Burlanes are a British company that proudly makes traditional British furniture.

All of our furniture is handmade in our own workshop located in the historic town of Rochester. Our joiners and cabinet makers have over 60 years' experience between them and are experts at what they do. Their skills and attention to detail are second to none, and our kitchens and furniture are built to last a lifetime.

For each component we choose the best partners to work with, we support other small businesses and work with British-made products when possible. One of our partners is Myland Paints, one of Britain’s oldest, family-owned and run paint and polishes manufacturer who hold a coveted royal warrant. Over five generations, Mylands has been perfecting the art of fine, richly pigmented paints with real depth of colour. Our clients love the range of colours available to them and the quality stands for itself.

Several of our fitting and fixtures come from British businesses. Armack Martin have created beautiful brass fixtures and fittings for over 90 years from their site in Birmingham. Buster + Punch, who have their roots in East London, transform everyday functional fittings into extraordinary home details.
