A kitchen and utility room renovation with a busy work schedule and two children may seem like a daunting task, but the owners of the red brick detached property in Great Baddow, Essex, worked closely with our Chelmsford design team to create a truly bespoke design perfect for their home and lifestyle, that was handmade to order and installed seamlessly.

Online shopping has never been easier, with delivery even being same day in some cases! As a nation we have become accustomed to a simple click or two to complete our purchases, but there are some investments, such as a new kitchen or bedroom, that simply cannot be completed online successfully.

A move from Chelsea in London to the beautiful quaint village of Westerham in Kent, the homeowners embarked on an entire renovation of their 1800's cottage, with low ceilings, wonky walls and some much charm.

Burlanes Sevenoaks' manager Martin worked closely with the homeowners to create a truly bespoke kitchen design, and bespoke storage solutions for the family dining room too.

Nestled away in a quiet street in Upminster is the most unassuming house from the road side, which opens up into a stunning array of rooms with so much charm and personality. 

The homeowner, Charley, had undertaken a huge renovation project of the horseshoe shaped property, and wanted to create an open-plan family kitchen and utility in keeping with the eclectic style of the rest of her home. 

Interior Designer Lucy Dickinson first walked through the doors of Burlanes Sevenoaks back in 2014, and worked with our Sevenoaks design team to transform an unused bedroom in her beautiful family home, into a practical, hardworking home office space. A little over 6 years later (with the home office still as beautiful as ever!!), Lucy commissioned us to design, handmake and install her new family kitchen and dining room.
