Location: Burlanes workshop, Historic Rochester

We are looking to recruit a Furniture Painter to join our workshop team to hand paint our bespoke kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms. The main duties would be priming (by spray gun; training will be given if needed), flatting and then hand brush finishing each item; an eye for detail is essential!

The role may suit furniture sprayers, french polishers or painters/decorators who are looking to pursue other career paths. The applicant must be able to work on their own initiative to meet deadlines but must be able to work as part of a team as other members of the team will be relying on them to complete their work precisely.

Spray experience is an advantage but not essential as training will be given. Your own transport, due to location, is essential.

We are looking to recruit a Cabinet Maker / Joiner to join our team to make and work on bespoke kitchens and occasional individual side projects in a workshop environment.
You will be required to make frames and doors for kitchen units, and any associated panelling etc. needed for the site fitting. The role requires the candidate to be fully experienced in the use of all the main workshop machinery i.e. panel saw, spindle moulder, planer/thicknesser, table router, bandsaw etc.
The applicant must be able to interpret working drawings and cutting lists, and be able to work on their own initiative to meet deadlines. They must be able to work as part of a team, with good communication skills.
